CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT

•PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY AS THIS IS MY CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT

•Depending on needs of shoot a rental fee may apply to your package. This is typically only for custom packages where more than one camera is needed. Your rental fee will vary based on equipment needed for the production.

•EDITING FEE IS NOT APPLIED TO THE BASE PRICE OF CUSTOM PACKAGES (BASE PRICE IS THE PRICE OF THE PACKAGES THAT ARE DISPLAYED ON WEBSITE) EDITING FEE VARIES BASED ON PROJECT

•50% of full price of package is required in order to book and hold your date

Grad packages start at $350. We offer Photo AND Video packages. We also offer packages that include BOTH photo and video together!

• Deposit - We charge a 50% non-refundable deposit to lock in your shoot date and time.

• Consultation Fee - PLEASE NOTE THAT A CONSULTATION IS NOT MANDATORY however, if you do not book a consultation you must 1.) Trust our vision for your video or 2.) Have your idea already solidified. We charge a consultation fee of $50 FOR INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE A UNIQUE IDEA THAT THEY WOULD LIKE MY HELP DEVELOPING OR CREATING ALL TOGETHER. Please note that you must book your shoot (leave 50% deposit) to be considered eligible for a consultation. During your booking process you will see an option in the “add ons” tab to add the consultation. Please message me on Instagram @highresolution_media or email me highresolutionmedia1914@gmail.com after you have booked your shoot and added the consultation fee to set up a good date/time for the consultation via zoom.

• Squeeze In Fee - You will be required to add a $50 “squeeze in” fee ONLY if you require me to open or re-open a date that I 1.) Closed for any reason or 2.) was not originally on the list of dates given when bookings opened but I can work into my schedule for your accommodations.

• Guest Restrictions - Starting this season we will be limiting the amount of guests that are allowed to be present during the shoot. ONLY TWO guests are allowed during your shoot however if you have an idea for your shoot and that idea requires more than 2 (a group) of your friends, family, Line Brothers/Sisters the guest restrictions do not apply to you.

• Traveling Fee - I am located in Raleigh, NC which means I commute for most of my grad shoots. A travel fee of $30 applies to grads from Greensboro, NC, High Point, NC and Winston-Salem, NC. • Pricing - All of our packages vary in price. Some key factors to consider when browsing through packages are (where the shoot is located) (amount of hours spent on shoot) (amount of photo edits) (length of video) (amount of locations) (amount of outfit changes). We want to ensure that you receive the highest quality product so we pride ourselves in ensuring that our equipment is industry standard equipment and that is reflected in the pricing as well. We currently shoot our video quality in 8K. Our production expertise plays a role in pricing as well. We are an Emmy Nominated video production company. We have worked on productions for Nascar, ESPN, and CBS 17 News. Throughout our experience we have obtained a competitive amount of knowledge about production to ensure that you receive the highest quality product possible.

•IF CLIENT BOOKED A PHOTOSHOOT THE RAW IMAGES THAT ARE SENT OUT ARE NOT TO BE POSTED OR SENT OUT TO ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL OTHER THAN THE TWO PARTIES

•Deposit of any kind is non refundable (This includes packages that were paid in full)

•Personal checks and cash are not accepted. Client must book through website.

•It is understood that client may submit any revisions that they desire to be made to their video or picture within 24 hours of receiving it. One revision is no more than 2 changes. The first revision is a charge of $50/hour UNLESS you would like your revision to be more than 2 changes OR if your revisions are on a custom package, for these scenarios, a revision fee of $100/hour will apply. The total PER REVISION will depend on how many hours it takes to edit the revision.

•IT IS UNDERSTOOD THAT HRM WILL NOT KEEP THE FOOTAGE FROM THE EVENT ANY LONGER THAN 48 HOURS AFTER CLIENT RECEIVES EDITS BACK.

•It is understood that client must not change or get anyone else to change any media from HRM themselves

•It is understood that HRM does not do “house calls” which includes but is not limited to, doing a shoot at one’s apartment or house

•It is understood that HRM will render purchased videography or photography ONLY services to the client for said event.

•It is understood that raw footage ranges between 1-2 hours per SD card. Client must pay for an extra SD card if they are wanting more than 2 hours.

• Video recaps range between 2-5 minutes.

•It is understood that the remaining balance is due upon arrival on the day of the event unless package was already paid in full

•It is understood that services will be encompassed through ONE 4K camera, which will render edited footage of the event.

•It is understood that lighting MAY also be used to ensure image quality – items will be reflected on pricing.

•It is understood that HRM will have direct connection provisions with the sound contractor, and/or DJ (i.e., sound board) and will need either a direct feed to sound or have the sound recorded.

•It is understood that HRM shall submit media via WeTransfer which will be sent after remaining balance is received.

•It is understood that HRM will have liberty to use client’s platform to promote its interest in portfolio.

•Any restrictions that hinder the videographer’s efforts to capture the event may affect the quality of the media outcome. Under these instances HRM will not be liable for quality or lack of coverage when under restricted influence.

•All other media must be sensitive the lead videographer's vantage points. All additional hired photographers and videographers shall be sensitive to lead videographer’s vantage points. **Cell phone coverage is highly discouraged!!

•It is understood that client must grant permission to HRM the rights of your image, in video or still, and of the likeness and sound of clients voice as recorded on audio or video tape without payment or any other consideration.

•It is understood that the clients image may be edited, copied, exhibited, published or distributed and waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein their likeness appears. Additionally, the client must waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of said image or recording.

•It is understood that client must grant permission for HRM to use logos identifying media

•It is understood that client must grant permission for HRM to use their first and last name, photos, or videos of their name for business purposes such as posting the final product to HRM business page.

•It is understood that photographic, audio or video recordings may be used for ANY USE which may include but is not limited to: Presentations, Courses, Online/Internet Videos, Media, News (Press)

•It is understood that your photographic or video recordings of may be electronically displayed via the Internet or in the public educational setting.

•It is understood that there is no time limit on the validity of this release nor is there any geographic limitation on where these materials may be distributed.

•Travel fee varies based on where you are located. I am located in Raleigh, NC

•Drone footage is a $50 add on to the base price of your package

•Skin retouch only applies to pictures

•Skin retouch is +$20

•Late fee is +$50

•Reschedule fee +$50

•Rush fee +$50

FAQs

1. What is included in that price?

a. Equipment preparation, labor to shoot and edit the event, tax, studio rental if needed, video usage, turnaround time, drone coverage, and traveling

2. How do you give us the media file after recording? Is it a downloadable file, or a DVD?

a. HRM shall submit media via WeTransfer which will be sent or delivered after balance is received.

3. Do I get rights to the media file? I am wondering if I will be able to make copies of it for family members.

a. Our policy is for our services to provide the quantity needed for family.

4. What are the payment terms and the methods of payment (cash, PayPal, Credit card)?

a. My method of payment is Credit/Debit Card payment through website. I DO NOT TAKE CASH OR PERSONAL CHECKS.

5. When will the payment be due?

a. Payment will be due upon arrival on the day of the event. Typically it will be the remaining 50% of the package unless you chose to pay in full at checkout

6. What is your cancellation policy? If we have to reschedule our event, will we be able to reschedule with you?

a. The deposit is non-refundable for cancellation - however I will honor a reschedule per reschedule fee ($50). Balance paid would be refunded fully if I am unable to fulfill the obligations.
